World Maths Day begins for all countries around the world, as soon as it is 4th March 2009 somewhere. The place will be New Zealand. So, as soon as it is 12:00am 4th March in New Zealand, the event starts for everyone.
Our local time for World Maths Day to start is: Tuesday March 3rd 2009 11:00:00 AM and will continue until midnight Wednesday March 4th 2009.
Each class will spend an hour in school competing against other schools around the world during Tuesday or Wednesday. There are prizes for the most correctly answered questions for a pupil, class and school in the UK and the World! Come on St. Mark’s!
The site is already open for you to start practising and earning points from home or school, during the lunchhour! Go to the website:
